Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. We do the setting up, and everything is written in plain English. If you can describe the job to a new colleague, you can describe it to us.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many jobs you want covered and which systems are involved. After the first call we give you a clear plan, and we usually suggest starting with one job so you see results early.
Will the crew send things without asking me?
Only if you say it may. For every action you choose Allow, Ask or Block. Most people start with Ask for anything that goes to a customer, then relax the rules as trust builds.
Which systems can you connect?
The tools you already use, such as email, accounting, CRM and documents, and websites and PCs where a worker needs to do the job the way a person would. Tell us what you run on the first call and we will tell you straight how it would connect.
Where is my data kept, and who can see it?
Your company's data is kept separate from every other company's, and hosted in the EU. Your crew only reaches the systems you approve.
Can I change things after handover?
Yes, whenever you like. Change a worker's instructions in plain words, add a worker, or ask us to help. Nothing is locked away.
Is my industry covered?
Crews works for any business with repeatable work. Some trades have a ready-made edition, such as Crews for Motor Trade. If yours does not, we can build one around your words and jobs.
What does it cost?
We agree this with you after the first call, once we know what you would like built. Book a call and we will be straightforward about it.
